Loyalty Program Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

This document governs the terms and conditions of the loyalty program (hereinafter, “the Program”) offered by Küik Meal, S.L. (hereinafter, “KUIK”). By participating in the Program, the user (hereinafter, “the Customer”) accepts the terms and conditions set out below.

2. Participation in the Program

  • Registration for the Program is free and available to persons over the age of 18.
  • The Customer must create an account on KUIK’s official website (www.kuiksport.com) to participate
  • The Program applies exclusively to purchases made through KUIK’s online store (www.kuiksport.com)
  • Customers who register through special promotions or events organised by KUIK may also participate

3. How the Program Works

3.1. Earning Points

  • Every euro spent on KUIK products is equivalent to 2 points.
  • Points will be automatically credited to the Customer’s account once payment has been confirmed.
  • Points are earned on purchases, including taxes but excluding shipping costs.
  • Customers may also earn points through activities such as subscribing to the newsletter, participating in surveys and referring new customers.

3.2. Redeeming Points

Points may be redeemed for discounts on future purchases or access to exclusive KUIK content, such as ebooks and downloadable materials.

Each point is equivalent to €0.02

To receive a benefit, the Customer must place an order and apply the relevant redemption.

4. Terms of Use for Points

  • Accumulated points have no cash value and may not be transferred, sold or exchanged between accounts.
  • Points expire 12 months after the date on which they are earned. After this period, unused points will be removed from the Customer’s account.
  • Accumulated points are non-refundable if products are returned.
  • In the event of suspicious activity or a breach of the Program terms, KUIK reserves the right to suspend or remove accumulated points.

5. Program Benefits

The benefits offered are subject to availability and may be modified by KUIK without prior notice.

KUIK reserves the right to adjust the number of points required to redeem rewards based on the associated costs.

Benefits include exclusive discounts, early access to new products, entry into prize draws and special events for Program members.

6. Changes to and Termination of the Program

  • KUIK reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate the Program at any time, subject to prior notice to Customers.
  • If the Program is terminated, accumulated points may be used for 60 days following the termination announcement.
  • KUIK will inform Customers of any significant changes to the Program terms by email and by updating the terms and conditions on the website.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • KUIK shall not be liable for technical errors, system interruptions or any circumstances affecting the earning or redemption of points.
  • KUIK reserves the right to cancel accumulated points if fraud, abuse or a breach of these terms is detected.
  • KUIK shall not be liable for indirect losses or damages arising from the use of the Loyalty Program.

8. Data Protection

  • Data provided by Customers will be processed in accordance with the Company’s Privacy Policy and applicable data protection legislation.
  • The information will be used exclusively to manage the Program and for communications relating to it.
  • KUIK guarantees the confidentiality and security of personal data by implementing appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect it against unauthorised or unlawful access.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

Any disputes and/or claims arising from the interpretation and/or implementation of this Program shall be governed by Spanish law and submitted to the jurisdiction of the Courts of Barcelona.

11. Additional Provisions

11.1. Exclusion of Liability for Third Parties

KUIK shall not be liable for any content, products or services offered by third parties that may be available through the Program.

11.2. Intellectual Property

All materials and content offered through the Program are protected by intellectual property rights. Customers may not reproduce, distribute or use these materials without KUIK’s express consent.

11.3. Personal Use

Program benefits and points are intended solely for the Customer’s personal use and may not be used for commercial or resale purposes.

11.4. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a disagreement between the Customer and KUIK regarding the Program, both parties agree to attempt to resolve the dispute amicably before taking legal action.

11.5. Force Majeure

KUIK shall not be liable for any failure to fulfil its obligations under the Program if such failure results from events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, technological failures or interruptions to internet services.

12. Acceptance of the Terms

By registering for the Program, the Customer acknowledges that they have read, understood and accepted all the terms and conditions set out in this document.
